Karate

Shaolin Kempo Karate combines the linear explosiveness of traditional karate, the five animals of Shaolin Kung Fu, and the core effectiveness of kempo. 

As a style it is a comprehensive blend of fast and powerful strikes, highly effective joint manipulations, sweeps, and weapons defenses. 

Our style will teach you self defense in the form of punch techniques, grab defenses, weapon disarms, as well as traditional martial arts forms or “katas”.


kickboxing

Kickboxing classes are high-energy group fitness workouts that combine martial arts techniques with cardio to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. 

Our kickboxing classes teach striking with punches, kicks, knees, and elbows strikes thrown on focus mitts, striking shields, and heavy bags.


Classes are set to fast-paced music and led by an experienced instructor who demonstrates choreographed movements. 

Kickboxing can help you build lean muscle, burn calories, and improve coordination and stability.

Designed for students who want more opportunity to test themselves in a non scripted but safe environment,

Martial Movement is a class for all disciplines.  Drills are reactionary (free flow) in design with an emphasis on safe partner work.
